I passed the 25,000 followers mark. I’m sorry if pointing out how many followers you have seems obnoxious, because I know it is, and I know that the number doesn’t mean that much because who knows how many of those 25,000 are actually reading anything I write, but regardless, it’s still overwhelming to have this kind of support from you all, even if there are only 100 of you reading this right now, even if there are only 10 of you reading this right now. Thank you.
I’ll take this opportunity to remind you again that “Window”, the short movie I wrote and directed, will be going online next Friday, and in the meantime you can watch the trailer here. In addition, I’ll be doing something a little special here on Tumblr. On the Saturday or Sunday following the online premiere, I’ll be posting a write-up on the experience of making “Window”, from how the idea formed to the process of making it and then the long process of finishing it and finally putting it out for everyone to see. It’ll be honest, maybe even painfully honest, about my feelings on the experience. I hope that reading it might be enlightening for those of you out there who are in film school or hope to go to film school or are interested in one day making your own films. And even if you don’t want to make movies, hopefully it will still be entertaining and interesting to read. So check here Friday for the link to the movie, and then come back Saturday or Sunday to find out what I thought about the whole process.
And thanks again for your support. You are all the best.
